All of our products are digital downloads, which means you’ll receive instant access to your files right after completing your purchase — no physical items will be shipped.
Digital Delivery
Once your payment is successfully processed, a download link will be displayed on the confirmation page and sent to your email address used during checkout.

You can access your digital files immediately.

If you create a customer account, your downloads will also be available anytime in your account dashboard.
If you don’t receive your email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder — or contact us directly at support@benntk.com, and we’ll resend your files right away.
Delivery Times

Occasionally, due to internet connection speed or email delivery delays, your download email might take a few minutes to arrive.

Physical Shipments
benntk.com does not ship physical products.
All content on the site — including overlays, project files, LUTs, and templates — is delivered digitally. Any mention of “shipping” or “delivery” refers exclusively to digital file access.
