Thank you for purchasing from benntk.com.
Because all of our products are digital downloads, our return policy differs from that of physical goods. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

Digital Product Refunds

All products available on benntk.com are delivered instantly as digital files (for example: overlays, templates, LUTs, and project assets).
Once your order is completed and the product has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable. This is because digital items cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

However, we want you to have a great experience — if you encounter any technical issues or believe you’ve received the wrong file, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase at support@benntk.com.
We’ll review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • The digital file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described on the product page.

  • You made duplicate purchases of the same product by mistake.

  • You were charged in error due to a technical issue.

To request a refund, contact support@benntk.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for purchase

  • A short description of the issue (and any supporting screenshots if relevant)

We’ll respond within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
